Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Mantain financial policies
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Organize internal audits
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and prepare monthly government remittances
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
- Analyze financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Liase with HR for Payroll information
- Monitoring of bank accounts
- In charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and collection
- Managing company ledgers
- Encoding accounting entries for data processing
- Verifying account books and rectifying discrepancies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- Proven strategic planning experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in government taxes computation
