Jr. QA Officer | RPh  

Job Summary:

1. Monitors Product Information File compliance of Cosmetic products through the internal system;
2. Reviews documentation, submissions, variations, promo permits, etc. that are submitted to FDA;
3. Ensures timely reporting of QA issues related to raw materials and packaging materials as well as its resolution and closure;
4. Ensures that audit of contract partners e.g toll manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse is in place and has been conducted to ensure contract partners compliance to FDA and company standards;
5. Supervises QA/QC Warehouse Personnel

Professional Experience and Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a reputable university/school and must be a Registered Pharmacist;
• At least 3 years in the same capacity handling quality assurance and regulatory in a consumer or food industry is an advantage;
• Familiarity with Quality Management System in a Warehouse and Manufacturing setup;
• Knowledgeable in regulations and dealing with government agencies like FDA, DENR, etc.;
• Candidates with the following behavioral skills are highly preferred: Critical thinker and problem-solver, pleasing personality with a collaborative attitude, and with experience in people management.
