Accountabilities:
- Prepare, analyze and evaluate sales data in order to increase sales productivity
- Review historical trends and research demand drivers
- Forecast business outlook based on trends, sales programs
- Provide analysis on business operations of assigned accounts (product lines, stores) to determine profitability and to create a baseline for action and operational changes
- Provide quantitative analysis to include but not limited to variance analysis (actual vs target), identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, cannibalization
- Summarize, review and analyze forecasts submitted by Sales team
- Assist the Sales team in target setting by providing analysis
- Review existing reports and recommend and implement improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Business Management or any related course from a good university;
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis required;
- With Advanced MS Excel working knowledge required;
- Computer literacy on MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Above average verbal and written English communication skills;
- Flexible, able to work on own initiative, strong team player; effective and efficient interpersonal skills; highly motivated and driven to succeed.
