Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Client calls target based on set standards
- Reach/exceed monthly targets
- Provide non-medical support to patient through calls
- Demonstration of clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills is required.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts and update database
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year business related and/or medical course.
- With experience in Marketing and/or Customer Service is an advantage
- A go-getter with dynamic personality
- Results-driven with a sense of initiative
- Willing to undergo training -Very good social and communication skills
- Can speak and write well in both English and Filipino
- Willing to work on weekend and holidays
