Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicating with patients/app-users who booked laboratory services to confirm appointment schedule;
- Instructing the patient/app-user about the necessary preparations needed for the specimen extraction e.g. hours of fasting;
- Extracting specimen from the patient/app-user in the latter’s residence;
- Handling the specimen with due care and delivering the specimen to the partner laboratory;
- Collecting payments from the patient/app-users and remitting the same to AIDE; and
- Reporting to the company any and all concerns that may affect the AIDE’s services and operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology;
- 1-2 years working expirience in hospitals and laboratories;
- Licensed Medical Technologist;
- Willing to work in a field;
- Willing to ride in motorcycle as means of transportation;
- Willing to work from Monday to Sunday;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills; and
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
