QA Tester  

• Responsible for overseeing of IT projects and plans, including but not limited to. Development and execution of exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure
• Product quality, estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities, ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved in our defect tracking system.

Quality Assurance

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved requirements
• Make sound decisions on which solutions to implement when technical problems arise.
• Monitor and manage all the functions assigned to the team insuring service level targets are met
• Provide timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.

Other Tasks / Activities

• Participate in regular group and individual performance appraisal processes
• Perform other tasks/activities as required by Team Leader / Manager

• Graduate of Computer Science / Computer Engineering / ECE / B.S. Math or its 4 year-equivalent course;
• At least 2 years related experience in QA
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
