Job Summary
- Primarily attends to concerns and complaints of the buyers and homeowners
- Coordinates with concerned department to address clients' concern
- Maintains and organizes pertinent documents including but not limited to occupancy permits and the like
- Other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
- Experience in Customer Service is required;
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills;
- Emphatic, people-oriented and has the ability to manage work under pressure;
- Willing to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays if needed;
- Preferably from or willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
