Account Management Officer  

Responsibilities of the position

The Account Management Officer (AMO) sales position is tasked to perform the following activities, among others:

• Management of client’s requirements, from point of inquiry to delivery.
• Smooth coordination and efficient management of the implementation process between sales staff, support staff, clients, suppliers to provide optimal solutions while maintaining product profitability levels.
• Attend to email, chat and phone enquiries.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, processing of samples, stock checks and other pre-sales activities.
• Perform item sourcing activities from local/overseas suppliers and obtain quotations as per client specification.
• Invoicing and collection.
• Perform sales retention activities to ensure continuity of client relationship.

Relevant Work Experience

B2B account management sales in the product or service-oriented industries, with at least 2-3 years of work experience.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the English language. Both verbal and written.
• Strong account management/customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Price-setting and cost budgeting.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts. Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus.
• Tech-savvy.
• Visually creative.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Resourceful.

Education and Training

A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:

• Sales & Marketing
• Business Management
• Communications
• Industrial design/engineering
• Import/Export management

Work Location: Annapolis, Greenhills San Juan Metro Manila

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
