Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Must be present frequently during operational hours of the brand/store;
- Will handle the operational needs of the brand, including but not limited to:
- F&B management
- Fashion management
- Scheduling of staff hours
- Inventory and other associated responsibilities;
- Handle wholesale distribution of the brand with clients and other partner establishments;
- Must do bi-weekly reports to the COO, CEO, and marketing team on issues and positives of the brand;
- Provide strong recommendations to improve operations;
- Provide ways and means to minimize costs and maximize profits of the brand/s;
- Overall management of the operational staff;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Adept at operations for an F&B and lifestyle-type brands;
- Very organized;
- Must be able to handle finances in a very professional manner;
- Must be very hands-on and willing to work during unconventional hours;
- Should be able to solve operational issues quickly and efficiently should they arise;
- Must be prepared for an expansion of the brand/s if necessary;
- Strong management ability of staff;
- Consistency of work ethic is a must;
- Strong passion is also a must;
