- Manage 6 to 8 Key Channel Representatives
- Fieldwork to evaluate teritorrial development
- Evaluate Key Channel Represenatatives' performance based on KPIS
- Ensure 100% team hit and call rate
- Accomplish team monthly report
- Take lead in all activations - pre event, execution and post evaluation
- Client Facing - present project status report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have knowledge of objectives and plans
- Posses basic principles of management like planning, organizing, directing, motivating and controlling.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Supervisory Level in Medical Industry
