Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests and complaints;
- Generates information from all available resources;
- Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails;
- Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land, Inc.;
- Monitors and ensures resolution at committed time of long term inquiries, requests and complaints;
- Conducts baseline analysis;
- Replies to buyers’ requests within the set turn-around time;
- Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has the willingness to learn different processes of the company
- Customer Service experience in any industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

The name is derived from the Spanish phrase "a mi casa" which means "to my house".
It was registered as a corporation in the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 2, 2008 and started commercial operations on July 1, 2008.
The services include but are not limited to the following sales administrative support functions - reservations and bookings, customer services, monitoring of billing and collection, buyer's financing assistance, credit investigation, documentation, transfer, and release of titles.
