Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Facilities/Safety Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Contractor Relations
- Ensures all outsourced maintenance, renovation and construction works done by contractors are accomplished within the projected timeline to the according to the agreed terms and conditions.
- Provides weekly project status updates with regards to the project completion
- Provides Incident Reports on instances wherein Contractor has not complied with the agreed project timeline and terms and condition
- Reviews, endorses and coordinates project punch list items and back job requests
- Reviews, authenticates and endorses contractor submitted Certificate of Completion
- Office Space Planning
- Assists Administration and Facilities Supervisor in the planning, design and layout of the site offices
- Office Maintenance Administration
- Ensures availability of all maintenance related supplies
- Ensures that Preventive Maintenance Schedule is accomplished as scheduled
- Ensures all Maintenance Service Requests are done
- Provides a weekly status report on all maintenance works done in Amicassa sites
- Fleet Maintenance Administration
- Reviews and monitors service vehicle daily inspection reports
- Ensures vehicle preventive maintenance are done as scheduled
- Reviews, authenticates and endorses vehicle repairs
- Asset and Supplies Requisition
- Processes facility furniture and equipment purchase requests
- Monitors and reviews Admin and Facility related purchase requests and budget availability
- Consolidates all reports of purchase requests made in all facilities
- Other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
- Has pleasing personality and can deal with different levels of people.
- Exhibits maturity at work and can work with minimum supervision.
- Preferrably with experience in facilities administration / office management.
- Full-Time position available.
