Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues reported through all levels of system and team contact on a multitude of HPUX based servers
- Participate in team planning to ensure coordination of effort and facilitate execution on a plan, and will be responsible for responding to automated system checkers and alerts
- Abide by Change Control Management policies and procedures, and be required to work flexible hours, as determined by management, and will participate in on-call rotation, which includes a 24x7 basis when on-call
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- 5 years experience in Storage/Backup Systems Administration
- Expert level knowledge in EMC/HP storage hardware/software products (DMX, XP1024, Symmetrix, EVA line and the Clariion CX line, EMC Control Center, Timefinder scripting, VolumeLogix, Navisphere, CommandView, Connectrix Manager)
- Expert level knowledge in backup tools like HP Data Protector and Symantec NetBackup
- Knowledge on RHEL/HPUX operating systems and System Administration including perl and shell scripting
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills and comfortable in a culturally diverse working environment; ability to interact positively with management;iIndependent problem solving skills; self-motivated
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Knowledge and experience in the following:
- HP Storages (XP24K, P9500, 3PAR) - Primary
- EMC Storages (VMAX20K, VMAX400K, VNX) - Primary
- Hitachi/Netapp Storages – Secondary
- HP Data Protector – Primary
- Veritas Netbackup – Secondary
- BCV Setup
- Performance Analysis and trouble shooting skills
- Redhat/Unix Know how
