The Accounting Associate assists the Accounting Supervisors in the day-to-day operations of the unit and helps ensure the efficiency of all the transactions in accordance with the established accounting standards, systems, and procedures or based on Firm policies and sound internal control and government requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the validity of all entries of all transactions.
- Prepare Journal Vouchers.
- Handle the encoding of entries for journal voucher adjustments.
- Prepare various government dues.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with the preparation of routine monthly reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Acountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized and highly motivated.
- Flexible and responsive.
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, and results-oriented.
- Proactive and quick-thinker.
- Trustworthy (handles classified and confidential information).
