- Preparation of market, feasibility and financial studies
- Project conceptualization and the establishment of project parameters
- Overseeing the planning process in coordination with the Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing, and External Affairs units
- Preparation, management, and monitoring of project budget
- Preparation of various presentations, reports, and updates for Upper Management
- Various other tasks related to project development
- The associate will be assigned initially to Metro Manila or South of Manila Projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- 2-4 years work experience is preferred
- Good quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Background in business management is preferred, but not required
- Candidate should have good Finance skills and should be able to complete our Finance/Cash Flow assessment
