Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities (examples: product demos, client meetings).
- Gathering of functional and non-functional specifications, including documentation.
- Creating basic presentations including process flows, user experience, functionalities etc.
- Coordinating with Head of Technolog Development to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance team to help them understand requirements in creating test plans and scripts.
- Reviewing of product deliverables prior to installation and deployment.
- Defining change requests from the client and ccordinating with development team on assessing the impact.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any business course
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business or System Analysis and Documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in UX/UI design is an advantage
- Can established good rapport to customers
- With research skills
- With technical writing and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development.
