Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position shall serve as the technical expert for a specific assigned product. Collaborate with the sales team by acting as the technical experts in product presentations to customers. Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as the liaison between the sales and technical services group.
Work closely with the Product Managers to provide information and ideas in product management and marketing. Ensure product positioning from pre-sales up to implementation and product delivery.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
- 2+ years in pre-sales and technical support
- Work experience in similar business of ALLCARD is an advantage
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Positive, service-oriented personality
