Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Undergo and invest in a training program to become a licensed insurance advisor
- Develops base for long-term sources of clients through referrals, marketing booth activities, surveys, and special-interest groups to compile list of prospects
- Making presentations and speaking publicly to companies and community groups on the subject of financial well-being
- Identifies clients' needs and financial situation by scheduling fact-finding interviews
- Develops a coordinated protection program through proper financial needs analysis with clients
- Become a field underwriter and obtains underwriting approval by completing applications for coverage
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Eager and willing to attend trainings
- Ability to work in harmony with colleagues
