Communicate to Perceptive Software customers and employees, written and oral, in a professional fashion.
• Compose and submit on-line support materials (FAQ’s and KB articles) to assist in reducing overall issue income

Kualifikasi Minimum

· • An information Technology related college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
· • Previous help desk experience is preferred
· • Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
· • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
· • Effective time management and organizational skills
· • Exceptional customer service and people skills
· • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills
· • Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Unix (Solaris, HP/UX, AIX), Linux
· • Database Software: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
· • PACS, HL7, and DICOM experience a plus
· • Web Technologies: Web services, JRun, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS
· • Hardware: Peripheral installation & configuration (scanners, SCSI cards, SCSI devices. MFPs).
· • Development: Visual Basic Script, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL, ASP, PHP, Ruby, Python
· • Networking: TCP/IP protocol, Ethernet, WAN, LDAP, Active Directory, Novell NetWare
· • Application Software: Google Apps, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari
· • Messaging Systems: Google Mail, Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise
