Marketing Intern | September Batch  

AKS Industries believes that an outstanding business doesn't only create value for itself (profit), it also seeks to create value for society and give back. In line with this, we are looking for a Marketing Intern for our non-profit initiative.

The chosen candidate:

• Will work alongside our Operations and Program Managers.
• Reports for work at least three times a week. We can discuss the most convenient set-up for you, but please note that occasional evening and weekend work might be requested depending on our special events schedule.

Will assist in the areas of:

• Event planning, budgeting, tactics
• Onsite event productions
• Event promotion, sales
• Sponsorship
• Press and media relations
• Brand continuity
• Event growth hacking

• Preferably a student in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or Information Design.
• Skilled in the following:
  • Google sheets
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Email
  • Internet
  • Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign will be a huge plus!
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Interest in creative writing and community management.
• A passion for the performing arts!
