Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in monitoring each branch’s compliance with the standards set by the company and/or legal standards
- Coordinate with the branch and operations team in order to maintain the inventory level in all stores
- Identify opportunities such as partnerships to aid the growth of physical retail stores (Business Development)
- Coordinate with in-store partners to give updates on merchandise performance and possible effort for improvement
- Encode and analyze monthly sales and customer data from stores and provide a summary report as well as strategic recommendations to improve store performance
- Aid in strategizing and implementing branch or area specific sales and marketing efforts to drive foot traffic and sales
- Ensure the enforcement of customer service and brand standards
- Maintain orderliness of retail stores
- Mobilise human resources to maximise the sales potential of retail stores
- Conduct workshops for skills-development and capacity-building of store personnel
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has experience in managing people and products
- Preferably a graduate from a Management course or any related fields
- Should be highly organized and structured
- Is responsive to deadlines
- Has a pleasing personality
- English proficiency (both written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google programs, and/or iWork
- Has the ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
- Can work within a team setting and with different types of people from different socio-economic statuses
- Experience or functional knowledge of retail operations and store management
- Willing to be assigned to branches located in Quezon City
