Acts as Point of Contact for Technical Issues or any inquiries of Costumers regarding the product. The Support may be in a form of online chat, email or thru inbound call.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Has technical background gained in a BPO setting,
- Has an Average Typing Speed of 35 WPM
- MS Office Proficient
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Knowledge in photo editing, videography or similar tasks
- Must be up to date with current technology trends
