Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create, build and manage a prospect list that will serve as initial sales requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers needs and obectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities to ensure revenue growth attainment and targets.
- Assist with high severity requests and issue escalations as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience with financial industries is a plus
- Ability to execute solutions selling strategies with high level and top management
- IT Products/Solutions sales experience is a must
- Willing to travel within the Philippines on a per need basis
- Easily trainable and a fast learner
- Tech savvy
