Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles all clerical works
- PO Preparation
- Answering phone calls
- Monitoring status of purchase request form
- Prepares documents for all Globe projects, AViat, Belltel, Nokia
- Assist in Smart Project Documentation
- Ensures that documents are well intact and can be accessed easily
- Performs other tasks assigned by the deparment head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Engineering course (undergraduate may apply).
- Computer literate, Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Interpersonal skills
- With or Without experience
- Can work with minimum supervision, patient, resourceful
- With Pleasing Personality
