Operations Associate  

• To support all sales associates in closing sales transactions.
• Work hand-in-hand with Events & Operations Manager and associates in preparation for any event.
• Is in charge of procuring supplies within the office.
• Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
• Act as back-up to Manager in performing business operations duties.
• Provide support to Operations manager as and when required.
• Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
• Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office activities.

Working Hours

• Working Hours - You'll generally work normal office hours. However, you may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends, when an event draws near.

• Must be female.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills, above average laptop computer skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• With pleasing personality
• Creative and can work under pressure
