Accounts Payable Associate

Your Role:

You will be responsible in recording & preparation of payments for all supplier, employee reimbursements, advances, liquidation, statutory payables, petty cash replenishment, and month-end closing reports.

What you will do:

• Process supplier invoices, including document validation, recording in Netsuite, preparing payment vouchers, and recording payments.
• Manage employee advances, reimbursements, and liquidations, including document validation, recording, and printing of supports.
• Handle employee internet subsidy processing, including updating monitoring, validating documents, and processing reimbursements.
• Prepare statutory reconciliations and remittances, including SSS, PHIC, HDMF filings, and other government remittances, as well as Ayala Coop contributions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and any related course
• Must possess 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable Processing
• Experience in Statutory Reporting is essential.
• Experience using an ERP system is necessary and is skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
