Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Recruitment Associate is mainly responsible for supporting the recruitment process by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. S/He is also responsible for supporting employee-related activities and events.
Duties include:
- Sourcing through different sourcing channels
- Test administration for technical/creative positions
- Prepares and handles 201 files of new hires
- Proactive phone-screening and paper screening
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
- Experience specializing in Recruitment is an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): sourcing, phone interview, test administration, handling 201 file.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
