IT Senior Manager  

The IT Senior Manager directly assists the CTO in planning and directing work for IT projects of the company. As a Senior Manager, you will also do the following:

• Apply his/her knowledge and skills to provide or deliver IT solutions and services to both internal and external clients.
• Organize and manage work efforts of self and others to provide quality service in a productive and cost effective manner.
• Provide leadership and develop the capabilities of other team members.
• Share knowledge, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
• Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and others.
• Exhibit sense of commitment to add value to both Company and its clients through open and cooperative relationships.

• Knowledgeable of the following:
  • IT Service Management and ITIL
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Development Methodologies, including Agile methods
• General knowledge of various application architectures.
• Service-oriented architecture.
• Skilled in systems planning, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Skilled in planning for multi-version releases is a plus.
• Domain expertise in transport, automated fare collection, payment, and retail industry is a plus.
• Technical know-how in the following:
  • Database architecture/design
  • Application Servers
  • Messaging Systems
  • Transaction Processing Systems
  • Network architecture/design
  • IT Systems Operation
  • IT Security and Control approaches
  • Software Development Methodologies
  • Software Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Application Lifecycle Management
