Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reports directly to the Facilities Engineer
- Conducts regular rounds & inspection of all building equipment and common area facilities
- Ensure all equipments is in good running condition, Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
- Reports to Facilities Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.
- Conducts cleaning of assigned equipment room.
- Attends to clients/ tenants' service call or request for assistance inside their office.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocationa;/ Technical Diploma/ Short Course Certificate/ Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year (s) related work experience in a high rise building/ property (industrial setting)
- Applicants must be willing to work in ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY.
