Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages the facilities and utilities of the building.
- Plans and ensures property improvement and building-value enhancing programs are implemented.
- Ensures and monitors, as deemed necessary, tenancy fit-out plans and specifications are submitted to the appropriate personnel and supervise physical occupation by the tenants including the administering of building works conditions which are to be agreed prior to commencement.
- Monitors and supervises projects implementation, service contractors and outsourced services (i.e. maintenance, security, etc).
- Ensures all permits, licenses and requirements of the building are processed and updated.
- Supervises the Facilities Engineer and Building Technician.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronics Engineer.
- 4 years related experience in technical functions.
- Excellent leadership, planning and analytical skills.
- Above average communication skills.
- willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
