Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and provides daily work schedule based on the look-ahead and general schedule.
- Checks work accomplishments, daily activities, and manpower distribution.
- Performs operational support tasks (e.g. monitoring, implementation, documentation/reporting).
- Prepares daily logbook.
- Monitors compliance in terms of quality, time frame and safety.
- Timely submission of construction documents for every activity.
- Prepares estimate for Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
- Prepares BOM.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possessat least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board, Bar, Professional License Exam), or equivalent;
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project Auto Cad;
- At least 2-years of working experience in the related field required for this position;
- Preferably at least 5 years Supervisor Experienced employees specializing in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent;
- Good Communication skills, verbal and written;
- Responsible, keen to details, innovative, flexible and proactive.
- Willing to be assigned at Makati
