Indirect Procurement Officer  

• Will handle, manage and process end to end Procurement process (receiving of requisition/canvassing/sourcing/process quotation/bidding/awarding, etc.)
• In charge of handling and resolving issues coming from the suppliers/vendors and from the requisitioning department
• Is responsible in following standards for procurement and purchasing (quality, quantity, cost efficiency)
• Intermediate knowledge in Procurement platform, preferably Ariba
• Extensive understanding of the Procure to Pay process
• Extensive understanding in procurement process, policies, and compliance
• Will be responsible in Project Management focusing on Vendor Management (including supplier performance evaluation; bidding process; awarding, etc.) and Contract Management

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of extensive working experience in the Indirect Procurement process (end-to-end cycle) in a corporate/FMCG setting
• Has experience in using SAP and Ariba (not required, but is an advantage)
• Has extensive experience in Project management/Vendor management/Analytical reports, etc.
• Has excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Can work under minimal supervision/proactive/can work under a fast pace working environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bicutan, Paranaque. Preferably residing in Paranaque/Muntinlupa/Las Pinas/Taguig/Edsa-Pasay areas
• Can START IMMEDIATELY and willing to be deployed to Johnson & Johnson Phils.
