Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Familiarize and play client's games (iOS, Android, or PC)
- Provide email user support services such as responding to user's inquiries for iOS/ Android/ PC applications through email support/ ticketing system.
- Check the games and official resources for new information and updates.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Above-average English communication skills
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and basic Google applications (drive, docs, sheets)
- Must be willing to be assigned to work on different shifts
- Must be willing to be assigned to work on weekends and holdays
- Has enthusiasm and familiarity with mobile games
- Can work under a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality of work
- Detail-oriented
- Can work smoothly with a team
- Can manage their time responsibly
- Must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati
