Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide sales support & coordination, make machines and parts recommendation to customer.
- Assist customer in solving problems and explain company policies, posses ability to deal courteously with visitors and to cooperate cheerfully no matter how unusual or unreasonable the request may seem.
- Gather feedback and market demands and competitors and information.
- Good interpersonal skills
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Engineering Graduate or BS technology course (BSME or Electro Mechanical or any related course)
- 3 years experience in food processing machines or Food industry related environment.
- Computer literate, familiar in office applications and prepare reports.
- Ability to read and interpret machine manual, attentive to details, good in problem solving skills, and have mechanical ability sufficient to become adapt at safe operations.
- Able to detect improper operations of machine whether due to mechanical difficulty or unsuitability of product being processed.
- Able to install/commission machine onsite.
