Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Branch Operations Staff handles the accounts/services of the company - review and tutorials account.
- Handle inquiries and explain extensively the academic services to the clients.
- Handle enrollment and schedules.
- Facilitate the daily operations of the branch
- Make reports (verbal or written) as needed by the management
- Manage records of the students
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of BS Management, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Computer Studies.
- With related experience is an advantage, but open for fresh graduates.
- With excellent communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (beginner to advance); or willing to be trained.
- With a good learning attitude
