Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; coordinate with third-party partners in managing document pick-up and deliveries; supporting Benefits Management Operations.
Office Assistant Job Duties:
- Receives mail or correspondence for the work unit or area. Opens or reviews correspondence and determines proper disposition.
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring.
- Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; assist Benefits Management Operations in accomplishing tasks.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Office Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
- General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Advance MS Excel is an advantage.
- Willing to learn technology enabled tools like internet network, VOIP system, CRM platform.
