Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the smooth flow of the event and be in-charge with the before-and after activation.
- Gather data and collaboration of report for the pre/post evaluation.
- Lead all system integration efforts such as but not limited to on-site monitoring and managing and directing personnel.
- Perform negotiation and promote ethics and integrity.
- Conduct briefing and training to various project employees for deployment.
- Submit timely required initial, current, and post reports on all assigned projects.
- Ensure effective inter-departmental coordination providing complete project details and pertinent attachments to each department’s requirement such as:
- Job Orders (JOs)
- Activations Kit
- Briefing/Set-Up Kits
- Production Checklists
- Audit materials, budgets, and all related items used for every project.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree.
- Preferably with 3 years of work experience in a below-the-line industry.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Hard working and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Can multitask.
- Can handle and manage multiple projects at any point in time.
- Can work with and manage people of different social status.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Has initiative and an eye for details.
- Willing to work on weekends, if necessary.
- Willing to travel, if needed.
