- Facilitate teh definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Ensures communication of project status to stakeholders and project team.
- Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
- Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
- May participate in design and analysis
- May be asked for inputs on employee performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- With 2-3 full ERP project management implementation experience covering sales and distribution and retail industry
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
