Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review and carry out independent appraisal of effectiveness of company standards, procedures, and operations
- Prepare findings and necessary recommendations to ensure the policies and procedures are carried out effectively
- Conduct inventory management systems
- Make sure the correct matching of physical inventory with system database content
- Identify any data error, unaccountable transactions or inefficient processes
- Performs audit procedures and submit audit reports on the following financial-related transactions:
- Billed / Unbilled shipments
- Official receipts
- Accounts receivables
- Accounts payables
- Petty cash Fund/Allowance
- Consignment inventories
- Warehouse inventories
- General expenses including agent’s expenses
- Sales invoice and delivery receipts
- Develop new and/or review and revise current company standard procedures and practices
- Performs information control reviews to include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, communication controls, backup and disaster recovery
- Detect non-conformities on company standards and prepare reports to the management
- Directs and/or performs reviews of internal control procedures and security for systems under development and/or enhancements to current systems
- Prepares and presents written and oral reports and other information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner for distribution to management
- Prepares audit finding memoranda and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions
- Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken a corrective action(s).
- Assists and trains other audit staff in developing methods for review and analysis of operational systems.
- Conduct operational, compliance and investigative audits, as assigned.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
