Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provides sales support to the different sales teams within the division through Strategic Revenue Planning/Maximization & Platform Planning, Target Segment Understanding, Data & Advertiser Analysis, Macro Analysis and Media Buying & Planning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue Planning/Maximization and Platform Planning

    • Formulation of sales strategies and deployment tools/tactics to cushion effects of CPIRP, maximization of package paid by advertisers, check and maximize advertiser opportunities
    • Review, setting & evaluation of appropriate pricing models
    • Review of packaging guidelines & valuations to ensure “salability” and competitiveness
    • Ensures weekly sales deployment of new programs is managed and updates cascaded by providing research insights to AEs and to the Trade.

Target Segment Understanding

    • Develop cross-platform package templates based on target segments

Data and Advertiser Analysis

    • Analysis of client/advertiser’s sales performance for the formulation of relevant sales strategies
    • Analysis and comparison of projected sales versus actual sales
    • Advertiser analysis/industry trending
    • Load monitoring and analysis per program
    • Monitoring and analysis of program ratings and equivalent sales revenues

Pricing

    • Recommends pricing model and valuation of media products. Leads preparation of negotiation primers and acts as co-lead in the annual negotiation process with key advertisers
    • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
    • Creates standalone packages as well as other generic cross-platform packages
    • Base Rate management (for non-channel 2 properties)

Process & Systems

    • Recommends and administers policies and procedures to enhance operations

Macro Analysis

    • Media Landscape
    • Company and competitor analysis
    • Business & economic trends

Media Buying and Planning

    • Media Buying & Planning of Intercompany and subsidiary brands

Other Sales Support Functions

    • Development of sales projection tools and processes to help sales team track and manage their respective businesses
    • Problem solving: draw out support of Sales, Marketing and client to support difficult project/pitches

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communication Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Mass Communication, Sales/Marketing/Business courses, Financial Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 solid years of work experience in data analysis, working in ad/media agency
  • Problem solving skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking skills, good communication skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, forecasting
