Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and collate project meeting minutes and accurately record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
Provide weekly Project Minutes to Team Members and Head of Engineering Support and Services to ensure that the management knows the proceedings of the projects.
Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events.
Assist Project Managers organize project committee meetings and prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collaterals.
Assist Project Team to work with vendors, manufacturers, and contractors to resolve project problems and purchase requisitions related to projects.
Coordinate with respected team members of the Project Team and participate during all phases of the project life cycle.
Assist in monitoring the progress of all the projects during project implementation.
Assist in preparation of OPEX and CAPEX annual budgeting.
Coordinate updates on project status or completion and to follow up status of documents.
Perform general clerical duties that includes but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for project documentation.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Preferably a graduate of BS ECE.
Preferably at least 1 year previous work related experience.
Project management background.
Amenable to do administrative and field works (project inspection, kick off, etc.).
Amenable in working with a Senior Project Manager.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
