Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Financial Planning Junior Analyst will be responsible for the checking and recording of financial data, checking of revenues and expenses, and preparation and analysis of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper recording of assigned manual entries for closing.
- Monitor IP Revenues and ensure that these are aligned with what was stated in the contracts, report monthly amortization and collections.
- Create and maintain monthly tracking mechanism for royalties
- Assist auditors for the annual FS audit w/ regards to inquiries, sample pull-out, and proposed adjustments.
- Develop and monitor monthly KPIs for IP and CA (Profit Center reporting)
- Assist in the monitoring of actual expenses on a cost center or profit center level.
- Assist the Financial Planning Associate in the preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Accounting Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. CPA preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of previous work-related experience required.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. Experience in accounting or reporting software preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team fostered the environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
