Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Associate Creative Director (ACD) is tasked to:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute the required output for digital media
- Lead teams in campaign building, platform design, and product development
- Mentor, manage, and monitor the creative personnel assigned to them
Associate Creative Director will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic development of the organization's digital media advertising, marketing and branding efforts
- Develop creative ideas/concepts and formulate effective visual communication strategies
- Deliver digital projects on agreed timelines
- Familiarize themselves with their clients' products and services, the target audience and their competitors' activities
- Work closely with Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence, Content, Project Management, and Account Management Teams in developing projects
- Present ideas effectively to superiors, colleagues, and clients
- Keep updated, and cascade learnings, on the latest digital tools, systems, technologies, and trends
- Oversee projects they are involved in from concept to completion
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of output
- Manage workflow processes and usage of proprietary software and hardware
- Provide mentorship and counsel to members of his/her creative team
- Evaluate staff performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a job-related field such as Fine Arts, Multi-media, or Interactive design with 5 or more years of industry experience.
- Must have experience of at least 3 years in developing creative campaigns for digital media
- Must have experience of at least 2 years in platform design and development.
- Must have experience in User Experience and User Interface Design (UX/UI)
- Must have experience in managing teams of 5 - 8 members of highly skilled digital artists
- Preferably with appreciable skill in video editing or short-from content production
