Position Summary:
The Digital Content Segment Producer is mainly responsible for conceptualization and implementation of all Trabahanap marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for kids ecosystem digital content
  • Present content ideas to the kids ecosystem team
  • Collaborate with external vendors to execute production of content
  • Research for possible content line up based on genre, trends and digital consumer behavior
  • Do competitive scan and be able to adapt these on content creation
  • Work with DMD and Marketing teams for content and community management of kids ecosystem content across all Digital Media platforms (website, social media, online assets) which includes generating engagement reports, analysis and improvement recommendations
  • Assist in marketing activities particularly for content optimization and advertising
  • Write copies (for metadata: description, tagging, title - for optimization)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email and TV)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc...) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Other ad hoc activities

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Advertising
  • At least 1-2 years experience in TV, advertising or marketing
  • Knowledge and passion for kids pop culture and new media trends
  • Basic proficiency on editing softwares (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, FCP and Adobe Premiere)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various digital media concepts and platforms
  • Knowledgeable in Data Analytics
  • Ability to comfortably work in dynamic deadline solutions
  • Creative, multi-tasker, flexible and self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organiza work
