Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Reporting to the General Ledger Manager, the position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the general ledger accounting processes and activities for the entity/ies assigned, including:

Perform the monthly, quarterly & annual financial close
Prepares balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports including supporting notes to the audited financial statements
Prepare the monthly intercompany reconciliation statements and resolve reconciling items with counterparts
Perform account analysis and prepare journal entries as required
Post journal adjustment requests from other Divisions/groups

Kualifikasi Minimum

Must be a Certified Public Accountant
SAP experience is required
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look ups, macros)
Ability to be updated with generally accepted accounting procedures
Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, particularly Finance Officers and auditors
Good analytical skills
Detail oriented coupled with the ability to learn quickly
Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
Amenable to work on extended hours
Amenable to work in Quezon City
