IT Developer | Game Programming  

Position Summary

The Team Lead / Designer will oversee the development and/or implementation of applications utilizing his technical design and application development expertise. The Team Lead / Designer will work closely with Applications Management Head and/or Project Manager and Business Process Analyst to convert business requirements into working system/applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide project status/performance feedback to Project Manager/Team Lead
• Assist project manager in day-to-day monitoring of project progress to ensure timely delivery
• Check the output of junior/senior developer(s)
• Review and validate business/functional requirements
• Create and maintain technical design such as data model, user interface, and functional/program specifications
• Develop application/program based on functional requirements and/or program specifications
• Oversee application testing (unit, module, and integration/system testing) to ensure high-level of quality
• Oversee and/or perform user training and user support
• Oversee and/or perform application roll-out/implementation

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years of work experience as designer
• At least 4 years of work experience as analyst/developer

Skills and Attributes:

• Working experience with any of the RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL
• Working experience with any of the development platforms like Microsoft .Net, PHP, Java, PowerBuilder, Cognos
• Knowledgeable in using application design tools such as Microsoft Office and Visio
• Team player, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Good ability to analyze and understand
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
