Project Custodian  

​​​​​​​​Position Summary
They will be closely monitoring the warehouse operations and ensuring the proper implementation of processes in the unit. They will be accountable for the safe-keep of equipment in the assigned warehouse unit. The position will oversee the proper processing, documentation, handling, and storage of warehouse equipment under the custody of their unit as well as managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the warehouse staff.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs custodianship functions as required by the unit assigned to:
  • Validate requests and coordinate with TV Prod or TOD or concerned division when needed
  • Perform physical receipt and issuance of equipment
  • Maintenance of office area orderliness and cleanliness
  • Opening and closing Floor Area
  • Monitoring of Warehouse activities
• Monitors warehouse personnel to ensure proper processing, documentation, handling, and storage of equipment
• Generates, prepares and reviews transactional reports and presentations needed by the section
• Reviews and evaluates all RMS transactions and paper transactions in the warehouse operations of the assigned unit,
• Conducts physical inventory of equipment under the custody of the section
• Assists in inventory planning and control activities to:
  • Identify and address risks and problems in the operational procedures.
  • Detect inadequacies in current system and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and recommend action to be taken on assets that may be redeployed, retired or disposed.
• Recommend and implement section's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Performs any other function that may be assigned

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• Basic Computer Operations
• Good oral and written communication skills
• 1-2 years experience in warehousing or as Warehouse/ Inventory Staff
