Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Tapes Disposal Staff is in charge of checking and validating tapes subject for disposal
Responsibilities:
- Validates and checks archived assets in LTO tapes
- Provides update/report regularly
- Handles tapes accountability clean-up
- Facilitates routing of tapes disposal documents to be approved by the different Heads
- Handles sorting and identification of tapes based on category/group prior to disposal
- Assists in disposal of tapes to third party service provider (Holcim Cement)
- Performs tapes inventory, master lists for disposal, and status update in Library and Archives Monitoring System (LAMS)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably Computer Science/IT/Office Administration and other related cources)
- Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Keen with details
- Willing to work in shifts and long hours
