Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Will be responsible for gathering and photocopying of invoices, official receipts, and other additional accounting documents related to claim for refund on excess input VAT of Hedcor, Inc. and other future Hedcor entities in Luzon. Does various related clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of the company's strategic objectives.
- Gathers/collates purchase invoices, official receipts, and other pertinent documents to substantiate a claim for refund on excess input VAT from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) based on the schedule prepared by the Tax Compliance Supervisor as submitted with the BIR.
- Verifies completeness of documents collated based on the schedule submitted to the BIR.
- Photocopies all purchase invoices, official receipts, and other pertinent documents related to substantiate the company’s claim for input VAT refund.
- Compiles the photocopied documents ready for submission to the BIR and/or ready the documents for examination by Revenue officers.
- Files/organizes various accounting documents such as check vouchers, accounts payable vouchers, accounts receivable vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting related documents.
- Assists in locating/providing the needed accounting documents to external or internal auditors as well as internal customers, as the need arises.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate, preferably a holder of any vocational course
- Preferably with background in operating office equipment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be highly organized
