The Business Process Analyst is responsible for managing customers master data, providing Data and Reportorial support to the Group's Frontline, Back office and Executive Requirements, developing reports, troubleshooting data issues, check for accuracy, timeliness and harmonization of reports and data across DUs.
He/She should understand business requirements, has a very fine eye for details, analyzed and troubleshoots requests for error correction and testing, and has deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. Assist in managing implementation of changes in all AP DUs and ensures that there is a single version deployed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess any Business or IT related course
- Advances skills in MS Excel and Spreadsheet tools
- Preferably with at least 2 Years of experience
- Must be analytical and has keen attention to details
